Japanese Grammar ~ ikura-temo (~ いくら - ても) has meaning "no matter how".
Formation [接続]
いくら + Verb-てform + も
いくら + Noun + でも
いくら + いadj (remove い) + くても
いくら + なadj + でも

私はいくらお酒を飲んでも顔色が変わらない。
